Minor in Performance Studies
Overview
The Department of Performance Studies explores performance in all its forms, extending and deepening the understandings of how people embody worlds and imagine socio-political possibilities through action and inquiry.
The Minor in Performance Studies is ideal for students interested in becoming familiar with performance theory and practice in order to deepened their understanding of the social construction of identity globally and to engance their major program of student and other coursework at Northwestern.

Courses and Requirements
Visit the minor's Academic Catalog listing to see specific requirements, which include:
- Students must take and pass 7 units of credit.
- They must include 2 introductory PERF_ST courses
- They must include 5 additional courses in Performance Studies or a related disciplines, as approved by the Director of Undergraduate Studies.
