Maranda Jones

Maranda Jones is a Research Assistant Professor in the Roxelyn and Richard Pepper Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northwestern University. Dr. Jones completed her doctoral and clinical training as a speech-language pathologist at Northwestern University. Her work focuses on improving long-term language and communication outcomes for children with communication disorders. She has extensive experience in applied research methodologies, particularly in clinical trials, and has contributed to the development and evaluation of caregiver-mediated interventions for children from birth to age three. Dr. Jones’ research program emphasizes the development of family-centered early communication interventions and innovative approaches to identifying communication disorders in young children.
