Laura K. Vygantas

Laura ​K. Vygantas is a clinical speech-language pathologist and assistant clinical professor with a background in acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. Her primary areas of clinical focus​ include swallowing, speech-language and cognitive-communication disorders within neurologically-based populations. Additional areas of interest include specialized instrumentation for dysphagia evaluation, and management of the critically ill patient. Laura is a Board Certified Specialist in swallowing and swallowing disorders, and teaches courses related to neurogenic communication disorders and topics in medical speech-language pathology.
